Technical strategy for assigned tasks I nside Bangladesh , for smooth and potential distribution of consignments - we set-up six hubs in six divisional cities. From there our executives operate all the technical and logistics support to deliver consignments in the right time to our valued customers and they will supervise delivery activities along with local management and co-ordinate with Dhaka head office to expose the feedback.

Organogram of project team:

The project teams are consisting of three main groups according to the assigned tasks on the basis of regular, intermediate and long term operations. Following are the details organogram

Of project teams:

Regular operation one team is formed including 4 personnel.

Intermediate Operation:

The intermediate operation indicate the tasks which required more then 5 days operations to accomplish; intermediate team will be formed for smooth operation with 6 members

Long term Operation:

For long term operation, like Nation wide delivery, there must have formed 2 teams under one co-ordinator and 2 team leaders. Each team consists of 7 members.

Management Control System:

For overall outstanding performance, Pioneer stands on the following stairs which is called the “Pioneer Stairs” for achieving the highest output and enabling the edge of time.
